My daughters both went in for Manis and Pedis. They got gel manis and regular pedis. Both of their pedicures were trashed within an hour of leaving the salon. By the time they got home, 3 hours after they got pedis, the polish on their toes was STILL tacky, rubbed off of some of the toes and chipped on others. Their gel manis look great but their toes are ruined. AND they paid $120 each for the mani and pedi!! They came home frustrated and disappointed.

I went in for a dip powder removal, there was one other person being serviced and the rest of the salon was empty. I was turned away by the nail tech as she, “did not have time for that”. It is noon and the salon is open until 7PM. She didn’t ask me to come back at a different time and was very rude. It seems she simply is not interested providing the service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere then.

I went in about a week ago to have gel (from a different nail salon) removed and was happy they were available for a walk-in gel removal. The staff were also very friendly and kind and the place was super clean! However, my nails got so damaged from the e-file the technician used (no acetone was used to soften the gel) that they felt like they were on fire from being so thin.
