I went in about a week ago to have gel (from a different nail salon) removed and was happy they were available for a walk-in gel removal. The staff were also very friendly and kind and the place was super clean! However, my nails got so damaged from the e-file the technician used (no acetone was used to soften the gel) that they felt like they were on fire from being so thin. Great service. On time with appointments. My go to now.
JJ is a new nail salon that has become my go-to in San Mateo. I love that they give a complimentary foot hot wax soak and calf massage for pedicures, and forearm and hand massage for manicures.
