I bought a brand new Lawnmower, World lawn diamondback XP 60 inch. I brought it home and you could not mow a straight line with that mower. I took it back to the dealer that I bought it from JJ‘s lawn service in Brazil Indiana. They said that it was because the air pressure was wrong and the tires so I thought that they knew what they were talking about. so I took it home and that did not fix the problem. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Not only were they dismissive over the issues my parents were having with their new mower purchased from them. They were also incapable of fixing the issue on a new mower with less than 50 hours on it. This is unacceptable and I will be giving them all the free publicity to ensure you don’t take your business here:)
Great customer service at JJ Mower Sales in Brazil Indiana! Jenny was easy to work with and super helpful finding the right mower for my needs.
