Professional with excellent service
I can’t say enough great things about J&J’s. I had a big oil leak with my 2011 Audi Q5 and they worked immediately to get it in and get it fixed. Even offering to stay after hours to take a look at it. Their pricing is great, their customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a car shop. It’s been a few weeks since the fix and the car is running great and smooth thanks to them. Highly recommend this place!!
Personable, professional, and experts in their specialty. Adopted our first European car (2015 Audi A4) a year ago, and I had concerns about service, unknowns, and added costs. J&J put me at ease from the beginning. Kyle actually talks to you and takes the time to answer your questions. J&J feels like your old-school neighborhood shop. They do great work, make sure it's done right, and really want to keep you coming back when you need help.

Excellent service. We had an issue with our car and dropped it off after hours. They were still working and took time to listen the issue we were having with our car. Ended up being a simple fix, replacing a battery on the key. Can't recommend them highly enough!!
