We were in a position on a recent Sunday where we had to use the racq for an issue with our car and were fortunate that Biggenden had such a service. The owners of this Business were great to deal with and were kind enough to let us leave the car in their yard until we were able to pick it up which was a week later. They did an excellent job on the car and were extremely fair on the price they charged us to correct the issue- as we were expecting it to cost us a lot more . We just want to say a big thank you in appreciation.
Don't request service, in their lunch hour. Service and shop was appaling, along with ameneties. Cost was reasonable. No comfortable waiting room. Will not be going there again.
Had 12volt issues with caravan indicators,stop lights etc.was passing through biggenden at 8.30am.Rang the workshop told to call in.mechanic dealt with problem straight away and back on road at 9.30.Only charged for half hour labour.Super impressed with counter staff plus mechanic.Thanks
Some idiot (me), filled my friend’s car with diesel instead of unleaded fuel. The tilt tray operator was with us in about half the time we were quoted (a nice, cheerful bloke), and due to us having not started the vehicle, the mechanic had the back seat out (tidily placing all our travel stuff strewn on the back seat on the front passenger seat), the wrong fuel pumped out and our car ready to go again in approximately 2 hours so we could get on our way again.
