Carlos was amazing. Very kind and professional. Answered any questions we had and called before he came. The staff went above and beyond on working with us and our insurance. It's rough having no AC in the middle of summer in Texas but they made the process smooth. 10/10
The team was very helpful and worked with me to replace my two home AC units. They did a great job and priced the units and installation at a very competitive price. They were the best priced solution from four bidders. They understood what I needed and gave me a good solution within my target budget.
They sent a technician, who claimed my AC unit had partsossing,i was in hospital bed face timing with hubby when I asked him to show what parts were missing and he suddenly did not speak English again.
Horrible service. Do not use this company. I scheduled service through my home warranty plan for both of my A/C units. I waited 5 days for them to show up, then they only service one unit. They attempted to blame my home warranty company. However, in the past, I have had other providers service both units on a single service call, so this claim is not accurate. Net-Net: I do NOT recommend.
