Let's just say if there driving is an example of there work and ignorant drivers would never recommend. Had the unfortunate experience oof driving to owen sound around lunch time. The companies driver flew by me in a small double lane stretch of the road. Now this is an 80 zone I had cruise set for 90. This driver flew by me doing at least 110 to 115. Competent, friendly, reasonable prices, and (unlike many rural trades) they RESPOND and SHOW UP. We've had them many times for heating and plumbing over the years.
I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. We just called with a septic emergency. Shannon who took the call was friendly and professional. She arranged for someone to come out in less than an hour. I didn’t catch the name of the fellow helping us but he had a great sense of humour, was also very professional and made suggestions to help us in the future. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you!
