Competent, friendly, reasonable prices, and (unlike many rural trades) they RESPOND and SHOW UP. We've had them many times for heating and plumbing over the years.
I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. We just called with a septic emergency. Shannon who took the call was friendly and professional. She arranged for someone to come out in less than an hour. I didn’t catch the name of the fellow helping us but he had a great sense of humour, was also very professional and made suggestions to help us in the future. I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you!
Did the job of checking out our water filters well. Easy to get a hold of and very fast response which we appreciated.
Called this place last week in June 2024 looking for a simple line Vac on a heat pump I installed myself. Since I didn't have that expensive tool to finish the job. Gentalmen answered told him what I needed done as soon as I said I installed myself he started hysterical laughter..... Annoying very rude almost hung up but then explained I was a millwright by trade and I tackle most things myself his deminor changed, so I decided to give them a chance.
