When they first started, the service was great and efficient. Over time, though, it became hard to get them to show up weekly as planned. Then, toward the end of the season—two years in a row—they stopped coming without any warning starting in September. I called and texted the owner repeatedly, but got no response. Each year, they left me hanging with a terrible lawn.
Joe & Crew provided exceptional service @ a reasonable price. It was the 1st time that we used them, but definitely won't be the last!!!
If you are looking for a new lawn service I highly recommend J&J Lawn Maintenence. Joe who is 1 of the owners is great. His communication is the best. He gets right back to you on any concerns you may have. He keeps you updated if he’s backed up because of the weather otherwise the boys are here on the set day to mow, edge and weedwack. He has done quite a few jobs for me this year. Removing shrubs, planting shrubs, trimming bushes, resanding my pavers and in the fall he is aerating my lawn.
