Well, id like to rate a 5 but J&J unprofessionally blew me off..I had them performing landscaping services for 2 years and was very happy..I always paid same day...but I've sent numerous text messages to Juan Carlos to ask for spring cleanup with no response. Apparently they gave up on me because I'm disabled..last fall they came unexpectedly for the fall cleanup and rang my bell..took me 3 minutes to get to my door and by then they were gone...perhaps my property isn't lucrative enough..fine..just be honest and tell me...no... read more

I called,text, and emailed. No response at all. He quoted me in March and now I'm ready and they won't get back to me, even to say they're too busy for me. Too bad I like using the locals.
