Very unreliable. They do not respond to messages, phone calls, or emails. You have to go there in person every time and you still won't get a response of they even come to talk to you! They do not show up to appointments wothout any notice. You always get a "I will send it over", and you never receive anything! I went there for selection of my basement cabinets- the guy was very nice and helped us and provided information generously. SAHEJ SANDU our contractor said he has placed order and paid for it and you have to go there for selection only. It’s 1.5 months and nothing. With time things were getting clear that he was lying for everything and took money from us which he said he paid to JJ cabinets, plumber, electrician, doors etc. I want to make JJ Cabinets aware to be caution in all money matters with this guy.
