Alaina was extremely helpful and very hands-on in getting us our heavy equipment trailer first thing in the morning, even in freezing temperatures. She went above and beyond to make sure the trailer was ready for us to hook up to and hit the road. Her dedication, work ethic, and excellent customer service truly made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I buy a few things here every year. I always make sure to make an appointment and each time I have showed up I was in and out with no issues. The staff here is very helpful and always great to deal with.
I have purchased equipment from the Plymouth meeting location in the past which was a horrible experience. I was hesitant at first, but Alaina has made every transaction at the Smock location as smooth as can be. Highly recommend jjkanes smock location for all of your equipment needs! God bless!
