They do have a process in place to pick up your auction items, just like any other place. Call at least 24 hours in advance to verify pick up times. Great customer service, had me in and out of there in 25 minutes.
Thee absolute worst auction house. Andrew is a complete incompetent jerk. He claims vehicles are non running when they are just so he doesn't have to work. The corporate office will tell you one thing, transfer you and then those people say another and then their pickup location will say another. No professional standard whatsoever. Highly advise against these dishonest "business" people.
