Karina Davilla at the Jarupa Yard is an exceptional customer service provider. We had some issues with a purchase and she was extremely helpful and concerened for us and how she was willing to do whatever she had to make us feel like we were not swept under the rug. Very communicative and helpful. She is a soft voice to deal with when you have a problem. Way to go JJKANE. And a special shot out to Karina for her service. Used to be a good thing to go see the auction live in person but ever since they moved and changed everything to online it just started to see decline hope one day they consider bringing back that you can go to the auction in person not only online
