Customer service kept sending me to the website instead of trying to help me. Some people like to speak to a live agent, and I’m that kind of person. I was not HAPPY AT ALL. Need better training
Great customer service! The lady there was super helpful in helping me choose the right chain. I explained exactly what I was looking for, and though I had my eyes on another chain, she quickly advised me against it because it didn’t fit with what I was looking for which was an everyday use, long lasting chain, and steered me to the right direction for the perfect one!
