I wouldn't even recommend these guys to my worst enemy. I asked for a Mitsubishi system specifically for cold weather performance, and asked them to match/beat another quote I had for a hyperheat system. I only found out later that they did not install a hyperheat system, they installed a cheaper model that doesn't perform well in winter, and now they have blocked my number. I was having trouble with my hvac. I called several companies recommended by the manufacturer; they came and said my system was too complicated and no experience with high velocity systems and wanted to replace the entire system. I knew the system was 14 years old - installed 2009/2010. Great experience with JJ HVAC! From the first day I called them for a quote and all through the final completion of work and payment we had a good experience.
