Had an appointment booked 10 days in advance within 24 hours of my enquiry. This part of their service was great. However they did not show up to the appointment and two subsequent emails asking what happened and asking for them to reschedule have gone unanswered. If you're looking for reliability look elsewhere.
Brilliant work by Jaden and Paul. Removal of ancient aga and broken pellet burner, installed new radiators and boiler. They even liaised with the electrian to sort control panels etc. Fabulous job all round. Couldn't fault their professionalism.
