Terrible experience!! Avoid this company at all costs!! They did such a bad job with the service of my unit, I had to call another company a few days later to come in and do the job the right way! The service person asked way too many personal questions amd made me feel very uncomfortable. Perhaps if he had focused more on getting the work done the right way and less on my business and personal life, then I wouldn't have had to hire someone to come in behind him and fix his mistakes!
