I am a first-time condo owner in a quirky older building - JJ Heating and Cooling helped me expertly troubleshoot a problem with excessive condensation in my older HVAC system and surrounding ceiling area. Edgar quickly pinpointed the problem, provided a reasonable estimate for repairs, and provided a solution that should keep my system insulated and running smoothly through many more hot DC days. He was a joy to work with and I plan to call on JJ for my upcoming seasonal maintenance needs.

Our A/C went out last night. Called J&J and they had someone out today and had it fixed in less than 30 min (capacitor). Air conditioning is now nice and cool!

We have been a service contract customer since we moved in a couple years ago, but forgot to renew. Called them this morning after the A/C crapped out overnight. Called at 7:30 am and got a 9-11 am window. Got here at 9 and fixed the issue promptly. Got some good advice and renewed our service contract! Always has been very easy to work with..
