I would not recommend J&J to anyone. James installed a mini split a/c unit about 5.5 years ago. I made the mistake a paying him before the job was done. He never came back to finish it, and I had to complete the job myself. The condenser had a leak this year, and i reached out to James. He was supposed to look into get it repaired or replaced, but he never replied!! I hired another HVAC company, they came promptly and repaired the unit and got my a/c working again
James returned my call quickly and was here the next afternoon to fix my a/c. He knew what was wrong right away, changed the part and got it up and running within an hour. Appreciated how he explained what he was fixing and answered my questions. I highly recommend J & J Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for very reasonable and professional HVAC company.
