I tried to use them to swap a part on my water heater after they said they could do it. We agreed on something and after the fact changed the agreement and charged my 89$ for doing nothing. Did nothing and fixed nothing. Don’t use them, anyone else would be better.
My tech was Joseph. He is the most detailed person I have ever had in my home for the Heater work. He gave me great tips on best filters, that are lower cost than I usually pay, etc. Very thoughtful and helpful and explains the ins and outs of the heating and A/c needs to keep things running smoothly.
I chose J and J because they stand behind There word they installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit and they had to come back maybe 4 Times get it done but they stuck by their word and did it right thank you
