I'd give a '0' if I could...rude, inconsiderate, and very disrespectful...reserved a cart, had a few questions at delivery, and one of the J's?, ignored my wife's questions, said doesn't sound like you want this cart, stomps off and takes the cart away refusing delivery...almost like the guy was high or on something, but just an outright jerk!! Never would I recommend anyone dealing with these people!
