Loonie as always did an outstanding job in fixing the issue. Garage Door Pro Inc. is a fantastic company. They are very responsive and friendly. They have put new motors and opener 6 months ago in my house. I had couple of minor issues, they came back immediately and took care of it. I will recommend this company in a heartbeat for any type of Garage door related work.

This was such an excellent service and experience!! I called yesterday because a critter had been trapped in our garage and apparently ate the wires to get out!! John came within 10 minutes of our call, explained what happened and fixed our door! Five stars and more for sure! Thank you!!

After the garage door installation, the ceiling pad above became dislodged and fell. I contacted the company, and they promptly responded by sending a technician the very next morning. The issue was fully resolved within 30 minutes. The work was completed with great precision and professionalism. Additionally, they lubricated all the hinges and addressed the entire matter under the labeled warranty. I am highly impressed and very satisfied with the quality of their service.

The tech did a great job although I thought replacing the springs was quite expensive over what they charged for my son's springs last fall.
