Our spring broke. I chose Garage Door Pros based on their reviews. They did not disappoint! My call was answered immediately and a technician (Charlie) came out the next day. (I had the option for a same-day appointment, but I wasn’t available.) Charlie was kind, thorough, and informative. I didn’t price around, so I can’t compare, but I think the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Very good company. The technicians were very nice and informative. They did an excellent job and we felt we were in good hands.
I'm satisfied with the repair, but $375 for one hour of labor and no parts is a big overcharge. I will go elsewhere next time.
