Highly recommend! Jacky is an amazing and patient trainer. This is a great place for all stages or levels in your fitness journey. As a beginner, I can honestly say I felt encouraged every step of the way. In every session, I felt a real sense of accomplishment, and the time flew by. You are given a custom meal plan and workout routine, and each session is different, there's no time wasted. Overall, 10/10!

Jacky is a great personal trainer. She makes sure to create a routine aimed to your needs. The studio is conveniently located, fully equipped and with parking.
