I would recommend Jacky in a heartbeat. What I like about her is that she knows how to motivate me, she makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding and she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Simply, with her help I start achieving my goals. She gives me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes. And last but not least Jacky goes above and beyond with her research on the body, and how to do all the progressions for different movements.
I have been training at JJ Fitness Life Studio for the last 6 months and my results have been amazing! I have lost weight, I’m getting toned, I sleep better and for the first time in 6 years my test results are normal which amazed my doctor! This has been a great experience and I continue to work on my health and fitness at the studio.
