They made an appointment with us, sent someone else to do the job. He puts his vacuum cleaner to each vent, sprays the cover with a water solution, says it's done. Wasn't in our home 30 minutes and charges us over $500.00 ! I contacted them and their reply was he was a professional, yeah a professional Scammer! My grade for JJ Duct Cleaning is a F !!!
