Terrible bedside manner - late to appointments by almost an hour, doesn’t introduce herself and starts the appointment by informing me she needs her chair. Her second question was asking how my son’s behavior is and refusing service because of his ADHD. Dr. Shin is rude and incredibly arrogant working as a pediatric dentist with her lack of specialization.

Great DR and staff, super friendly.
The staff is nice but this place is to slow. They are always overbooked & it takes days to do treatment sometimes
