Poor customer service, lack of communication, and very unprofessional. I scheduled a brow lamination and tint through ClassPass, but noticed that my appointment time was much earlier than the business’s posted opening hours. I spent most of the day trying to call to confirm whether the appointment would still be honored or if I could come in at a different time, but no one answered.
