I called about needing a suit dry cleaned for the next day. The staff person in the shop assured me, on the phone and in person when I dropped the clothes off, that it would be delivered the following evening to my home. The following evening, the suit was not delivered. Thankfully, I was able to reach someone via Google, and he kindly brought the suit out first thing the following morning. I’m happy with how the situation was resolved.
Great service and friendly
This is the 1st time I have ever left a bad review on a Buisness. My wife dropped of a dress on Monday for a wedding she was going to on Saturday. Concerned with it being Thanksgiving week she asked if that was a problem and since they were closed for Thanksgiving if they would be open Friday. The Dry cleaners is normally closed Saturday and Sunday. The person at the counter said he would check and called someone else on the phone to double check.
