i went here TWO times and they messed up my haircut ‼️ the first time i went i asked for short hair and showed the hairdresser the length i wanted it BELOW MY NECK but she didnt do that instead cutted it above my neck looking like will or mike from stranger things.😤 NOW for the second time i didnt know any familiar hair salons in the toronto area so i decided to give this hair salon a second chance. once i returned i asked for a small change just to cut my dead ends nothing too much. I was happy with their work. They did my service very quickly and with care, and the result turned out really well. The prices are also very reasonable. The place itself wasn’t very clean or tidy, but if you care more about the quality of work than the environment, you’ll probably be satisfied.
I was a loyal client here for 8 years, but the manager's poor attitude has been a consistent problem. This last time, they completely mismatched my hair color and highlights. When I asked for a fix, the manager insisted on charging me more money to correct their mistake. I do not recommend this salon. Save yourself the trouble—a minor rate difference isn't worth months of regret over bad hair.
