I think people gave some unfair reviews for this gentleman. Sounds like people are impatient because I called him and he answered right away even though he was on vacation in florida!!! He installed a gigantic septic system in my house and it's been great. Had it flushed and the septic company was impressed with the work! Recommend highly!
JJ&B Services did an excellent job on our septic replacement, and they completed this in 3.5 days. John clearly explained the work to be done and provided updates along the way. He also beat competitor's pricing. I found this company to exhibit professionalism and reliability, and I would highly recommend.
Most unreliable company I've ever dealt with!!! Made arrangements on a Friday for him to replace my bad pump. He had me text him photos of the pump. So he could have the proper one. So he had scheduled me for 7:30-8am the following Tuesday morning. (Memorial day weekend) So when he hadn't showed up by 9:15am, I tried to call him. (No answer) Left a voice message. John canceled the first appointment, came out to the house a few days later when he said he would install a new septic pump but “wasn’t prepared to work that day”. Re-scheduled for a third appointment, but no call no showed. Does not return calls, voice messages or txt messages. Unreliable and of low integrity, would not recommend - advise against use.
Warning alarm was going off on my septic. Their number is posted all over my septic and well system for emergency calls. First time I called I got an answer and was told to text my info for a service. No response to that text and over 20 calls spanning 4 days and a voicemail, no response. Terrible emergency service
