2014 explorer Rack and Pinion, After going to Santo's auto and getting a quote of $1800 to repair it, they gave me a call back saying it would be $3200 because of programing. Immediately gave a big no to that Car got towed to xtreme performance in which they gave a quote of $3550. If you value your vehicle do not bring it to this shop. Extremely over priced.. for example, $1,100 to change a $100 starter and $50 thermostat.so $950 charged for labor cost. A week later vehicle run hot again. I was told it was the water pump then was told it was the radiator. I changed both myself because of price I was given was entirely to high. That did not fix the problem. Bring the vehicle back and now it's the thermostat again. Complete joke of a mechanic shop. These are not real mechanics everybody, they don't know... read more
I got there and said that my radiator was broken so they charged me 120 dollars to call me after 30 minutes and say that the problem was in the radiator and I had already said that the problem was in the radiator, if the 120 dollars lost were not enough they wanted to charge 600 dollars more for the labor apart from the terrible service!!! A very upset disappointment
