Great experience with J & B Auto Parts. I purchased a 2014 Genesis 2.0L engine from them and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They’re a family business and genuinely good people to deal with. The team was knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped make sure I got exactly what I needed. The engine was in great condition and exactly as described. Pricing was fair and service was quick and professional. Definitely a reliable place to source parts, I would highly recommend them.
Lewis was amazing on the phone with myself and my father in law ! We had a envoy that was a total loss . We appreciate there patients in the process with dealing with our insurance company ! Lloyd was so kind and amazing ! Thank you guys !
I definately highly recommend this place for all your vehicle and mechanical needs. They take excellent care of their customers new and existing customers as well. It is never one person working on your problem, it is all hands on deck working as a team to get you going and keep you safe for the road. Lewis, Jerry and Joe are the best but all their mechanics are great. Thank you J&J for all you do for everyone. They will never disappoint and they fight for you. :)
