Always the best experience. J and team are the best. Have been using their garage for almost 8 years now and never had any issues. Reasonable and Honest about what's needed and what is not. First time when I had flat tire I called him and went there. It was a busy season but he still managed to patch the tire for me. Have been dealing with J&J auto for a few years, always realiable and professional, he is my first choice in ottawa area no quesiton.
I had the A/C compressor on my Forester replaced here with a 4 Seasons part. After shopping around at many different shops, their price was definitely the most reasonable. The service was incredibly fast—I had the car towed in during the afternoon, and they had it finished that same evening, so I was able to pick it up the next morning. The owner is a very honest and down-to-earth guy. My colleagues have been coming here for years and highly recommend them. I do too!
