Jack is a master mechanic and works hard to ensure everything has been done correctly. He bends over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. Just make sure you have a ride because you have to drop off your vehicle for service and he will let you know when it's done. Jack is also very fair on pricing and does not try to make you get things done that don't need to be done. As he says if it's not broke don't fix it.
Jack worked on my squeaking brakes. He was very transparent on the work that needed to be done & very easy to talk to. He is quick to respond and has very honest and fast work. He had my car looked at and an estimate within 2hrs of me dropping my car off. His prices are very reasonable & beats any of the competitive autoshops that often charge you for unnecessary work.
