Dr. Son is brilliant. On top of that she has a wonderful bed side manner and is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She’s so responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a neurologist!
Dr. Son is a comprehensive, thoughtful physician - you will instantly feel comfortable knowing you are in her care. She genuinely listens and I can tell she is treating me as more than just a patient with symptoms but as a human being. She talks to you in a way that is easy to understand and helps you feel at ease with what can be such a stressful, medical conundrum. It's not a trait that can be taught and a quality I look for in the doctors I see. I feel so fortunate to have found her and to be in her care. Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Son. She was incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and compassionate approach gave me a lot of confidence in my care. I would have preferred to give Dr. Jiyeon Son a favorable review. In person she is bright and she is pleasant. On the other hand, judging by her initial clinical notes, which I was able to get her to revise at least partially, she did not listen carefully to what I told her about my life and did not present my story accurately. Moreover, when I asked her a question about my condition, her impromptu answer turned out to be as glib as it was incorrect.
