오늘 의사선생님을 뵙고 왔는데.. 세심하게 진찰을 아주 잘해주셨고 친절하셨어요. 질문이 많아서 시간이 지체됐는데도 성의것 답변도 잘해주셨습니다. 선생님을 찾을수 있어서 너무 좋아요.
Dr Shin is AMAZING, she did my mom's surgery recently and she's been great. My mom is older, almost 80 and she's been very patient and delicate with her.
I made an appt for checkup/pap smear as a new patient. She asked me about my medical history, and concerned about it.(I understand that, but my visit was just annual check up for pap smear test). Later, she also used other medical code , charged a lot to my insurance, then sent me a bill for copay. Asking my medical history, it doesn't mean she can charge more than regular checkup. It never happened before with other doctor. I was not there for my problem, did not ask her to do something else.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Shin, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shin is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered every question I had with patience and clarity.
