The staff all were exceptionally kind and helpful. My experience was literally life changing!

I wouldn't recommend Jiva Medical Spa. I bought a groupon for a couples massage in Febuary (for valentines day), and we couldn't book an appointment until April. I get massages monthly, decided to try somewhere new, and it was by far the worst massage I have ever received. Biggest waste of $75.
I purchased a groupon for a couples massage and when we showed up were told they couldn't do a couples massage because they didn't have a room big enough . Why would you offer a service you can't provide? False advertising
I showed up to Jiva for my first laser hair removal treatment. I was five minutes early. I arrived to locked doors, no lights on, and two notes from two other customers who had appointments before mine today! We have pre-paid for a service we are not receiving! I called Jiva and left a massage on their voice mail. This is 100% unacceptable!
I recently visited Jiva Med Spa for a laser hair removal treatment, I couldn't be happier with my results, the procedure was simple, Dr.Nanda was very thorough and my surroundings were beautiful. I will definitely be returning to Jiva!
