Please Please People, this organization is a Fraud!! The Jeuvederm and Botox are counterfeit and watered down. The CEO is a deceptive individual and greedy. This is what happened to me after he did the laser hair removal testing. During the testing I tried to tell Doctor Nada it burns but he refused to stopI. I told him the scars are up normal then he kicked me out and he refused to give my money back. I went to my doctor he said I have first and second degree burns. I got the report from him and I called my lawyer to sue them. Definitely He is not gonna go away with this. RecommendedClean and relaxing environment. All the staff were attentive and very helpful. Katie is a sweet heart. Dr. Nanda is very approachable with plethora of knowledge. I recommend Jiva to anyone interested in a better version of themselves!
First impression of Jiva Medical Spa, it was extremely difficult to book an appointment. After leaving numerous messages and never getting a return call, I finally got a hold of someone to make an appointment. I show up exactly on time for my appointment and end up waiting for 30 minutes. This wouldnt be a huge deal except for the fact that a woman came in AFTER ME that did not have an appointment and was seen BEFORE me all because she knew the assistant that worked there. We had an appointment for a couples massage today at 12:00. Arrived at 11:40. I called from the parking lot because there were no signs on the door and wanted to verify where to go in. The lady that answered the phone told me she was going to call me because the appointment before us had just arrived so they were running behind (if someone was 40 minutes late, why would you still take them??). I went to Dr. Nanda for a free consultation for laser hair removal and I ended up doing the first session on that day. I’m very happy! He is a great guy he explains everything and anything he does I highly recommend him!
