I had a wonderful experience. My tech was a very polite and communicative young man that was training another. They were a great team and made my experience pleasant. The other staff was very polite and friendly. The lady working even waited with me due to an error in the end time when I scheduled the appointment. I highly recommend them.
I wish I could give them even less. No return calls for months.
My husband underwent a sleep study here for suspected sleep apnea. I personally reported that he stops breathing in his sleep and turns blue/purple. I was told the report could be expedited and that I’d receive a call the same day for an answer from their team. That never happened. Being told to wait weeks…. up to six….for a report when a patient is experiencing breathing cessation and cyanosis is alarming and unacceptable. I really want to give them zero stars. They are unprofessional, untrained, and don’t care less. It took 3 months to respond to an order from Sutter for Sleep Study‘s. I first went through SUTTER and after eight months of them screwing around and being unable to complete the Sleep Study I just quit. A year or so went by and now I’ve started it with NorthBay and was so discouraged to hear that they also use Jiva Health. They schedule you for video appointments , then they don’t send you the video link, then they penalize you for “no show”.
