I was visiting the area for the Thanksgiving holiday. I e-mailed before hand to inquire regarding class schedule changes and dropping in. There were scheduled open mats which replaced the usual scheduled classes. I was able to attend an open mat on Friday 11/28. There were a handful of people there, I was greeted and signed the waiver need to roll. Everyone at Jitz life and fitness were friendly and made me feel welcome. Absolutely the best place in the area to learn martial arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, MMA, and self-defense! Professor Danny is an exceptional instructor who truly cares about each and every student. The atmosphere is supportive and ego-free, with a strong focus on growth and community. Everyone is welcome here to learn, improve, and feel part of the family!
