The original profile was hacked and then deleted by Google. It had 53 5-star reviews. This profile was put in its place and subsequently attacked by low reviews to undermine the truth of the previous reviewers. We've requested that this profile be deleted by Google over and over. Google refuses to work with us as their only way to verify anything is to leave it in the control of AI and never let a human review the requests.
