We found the hospital and staff very helpful, but beware of the emergency waiting. my wife and I sat for12 hours she had bad stomach pain turned out to be infection. Another time 8 hours. These were week days. Be ready for the long wait.

Dr. Singh is the best doctor I ever had. He cares about his patients. He spends time talking to me. I love him dearly. He is not only my wonderful doctor, but he is also my friend.
I was hospitalized 3 times for the same problem. I had surgery for another issue. After surgery, which was serious, I was discharged to home without any offer of post discharge care, which I needed since my husband is disabled. I had to ask one person to not come into my room since she was sneezing and coughing everywhere and I had just had major surgery. One year later at another hospital I found I was quite ill, which was the cause of my admissions to Silver a year before. They should've caught my problems on basic labs, w... read more

i have my mother did blood work on thursaday for sugar blood i called friday andwas told no result yet i called monday and staff sid no result yet i called the lab and lab said result was sent same day i called back the dr office and asked them to check on result as they were sent now office saying we ill check and will call you and need the result soon to know medication needed for mom i closedmy shop and drove to dr office i stated i am here for result lady in office said have a seat then i approached appointment desk to m... read more
I live in new lenox and my primary dr is in tinley park. I needed my simple yearly blood work done and my dr suggested to go to the new silver cross cause it was close to me. In the past years I had my blood work done at ingalls In oak forest. Well....... after having blood work done, I get a bill of $1700!!! The same blood work at ingalls was $680. My wife went to the emergency center of silver cross about 3am for some abdominal pain, they just gave her Tylenol and sent her home and sent a bill of $1200. Do yourself a favor... read more
