While Dr. Kuturi and his nurse provide excellent care, I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Jana, who handles appointment scheduling. Her tone was rude and condescending from the start of our call, and she repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my reason for calling. When I attempted to address her inappropriate tone, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, she responded with "uh-huh" and abruptly hung up on me.
