Very unorganized, the cataract evaluation that could have taken an hour, stretched out to 5 hours! Very poor planning and way over booked! Spent much of time standing because of lack of seating.
I am probably as satisfied with the service. I did experience a lack of consistency regarding diagnosis between provider that diagnosed my Glycoma and the provider that diagnosed the cataracts. Both were very convincing.
Very nice and professional staff but the process of evaluating my situation for cataracts and scheduling surgery took 5 1/2 hours. Lots of people scheduled that day. Too many maybe?
Thank you to all of the professionals at Albemarle eye center. I expected and received top of the line professionalism.
