I arrived at the company at eight-fifteen AM with nine other trucks. Within an hour, every single one was unloaded. No issues whatsoever. The staff were super friendly and worked incredibly fast. Honestly, I’m not sure why some drivers leave negative reviews-this place runs like clockwork. Highly impressed!
JIT is simply the best! Better than all the rest!
First red flag, they absolutely do not pay detention. Our driver arrived onsite, they ran out of propane for their forklift. Once the propane arrived, they proceeded to load the wrong truck. Once they loaded the right truck (ours) load was positioned incorrectly and we were overweight on the trailer axle. This shipper is a circus. Avoid at all costs.
I load in Savanah, primarily at JIT. The Lathrop office is the main hub. Ms Laruen and her crew do a good job of getting you in and out and dispatched to where your going. One thing that I have found very helpful is, the addresses are Always Always correct!
