We had an amazing experience with the JIT team, all the way from communicating in the office to Liam coming to the property and solving our issue with efficiency and 10/10 customer service. This company will take care of you all around!
working with the JIT team has been a great experience. Their insight is invaluable and right on the mark for what is needed in our landscaping projects. They are willing to do the work in phases to help with timing for our move and making the payment for each phase of the project. The understanding and expertise they have is wonderful, and we will always look to JIT for taking care of our yard and ensuring we have everything we need to be able to enjoy or home to the max. Justin and His team are amazing! I have had JIT complete several projects, and they knock it out of the park every time. They have done fencing, patios, walkways, concrete driveways, mulch, flagpoles, lighting, and rockery for me. Our clients always comment on how professional and kind the crew is on the jobsite. Highly recommend JIT for any project you have, you will not regret it!
Very good to work with. They cared about doing the work to my expectations. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the long wait for service. Was told it would be three or four weeks but it was eight weeks before they started. Otherwise good service and work.
From our walk through with Cole and Jessica to our lawn renovation with Justin and Gilbert, it’s been professional, friendly, and we love our new yard! We’ve also kept them on for maintenance to keep up the fresh look. Thanks!
