Was a customer for over 10 years and would travel over an hour due to being a loyal customer. Justin no longer cares about his customers. My car sat there for over a month for a simple lift, inspection, and tire rotation, I went to pick it up a week after he finally said it would be done and NOTHING was done. Anytime someone would tell me about a bad experience with him I defended them but now I see he doesn't care. I texted him asking why and no response. Truly disappointed...
