This place is full of nothing but liars who try to buy time, went to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, rims are 12 inches wide tires were 13.5 inches wide but “they still had to be stretched” that was a lie took it to a shop my buddy recommended and boom they had it done in an hour they did not have to stretch the tires since the width is wider then the rims, they do not answer their phones and if you leave a voicemail they will never get back to you, the owner said profanity over the phone when I expressed my concern about... read more
Purchased new ARE cap and was leaking horribly. Reached out to manufacturer and they advised a 2021 Tundra requires a Double Bulb Seal for fitment, which Jisco didn’t use. Called Justin and advised he would order part to do the install correctly. Followed up two weeks later via phone, text, email no response. Ghosted. Real Truck / ARE advise this would be covered under warranty and weren’t sure why seller was reluctant to fix their mistake. Avoid this place like the plague. Been here years ago and was great for new rims, tires and lift, but this past 2 weeks has felt like poor communication so everyone there tells me different things every time I call to try to schedule new tires and inspection, they told me they will call me and never do, then one said they will do it this week and the next person that picked up says a month, so I just had to go somewhere else, I hope in future I can change to 5 stars 👍🏻👍🏻
