My daughter is a big fan of piglets. We did a lot of research and found this place. It is a true paradise. Cheryl and John Mark are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. We met all different kinds of farm animals and learned a lot during our 2 hour tour. Highly recommend!
We attended a birthday party here and it was a great experience! We got to learn about the homestead and all of their animals, the kids could ride ponies, feed and interact with the pigs and get right in the goat pen to hang out with about 30 goats! A bonfire was provided for cooking some lunch, as well as picnic tables and lots of seating. Bathroom facilities were very nice and clean (they double as bathroom facilities for Jireh’s camp sites and cabins as well). Would love to hike their nature walk if we come back again!
This was a real fun activity. Arranged it for my daughter-in-law's birthday surprise. She was truly surprised & loved the animals. We did the Alpaca walk. They are beautiful animals, as are all the others at Jireh Hills Family Homestead. It's really worth it to bring family or friends for a afternoon adventure.
The goat keeping course at Jireh Hills is an absolute must for any who are interested in keeping goats. Well organized and thought out, Cheryl’s presentation gave much insight into the world of goats. Thank you for the wonderful and educational morning!
Stayed in the RV for a night with my 2 boys and parents. All of us had a wonderful time. The hosts were hospitable and friendly. They educated us about how animals are farmed and maintained. The RV was clean and spacious for our needs. Had all basic facilities to have an enjoyable stay. Many thanks for making lovely memories for us Mama and Papa bears and kids ❤️ Definitely recommended 👌
