TLDR; Jireh exceeded my expectations and I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to friends and neighbors. I rolled the dice and landed on 11 (winner!). Harley came out to my home and we walked through the site. I had a small retaining wall of broken concrete and a large window well that was also made from broken concrete blocks (not ideal).
