Absolutely disappointing experience." From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking—no clear guidance, minimal communication, and a complete lack of care. What truly alarmed me was the lack of hygiene. Equipment didn’t appear sanitized, and the overall cleanliness of the spa was unacceptable. This is not a place I would ever return to or recommend. Do better, JIREH BEAUTY STUDIO AND SPA

"Worst spa experience I’ve ever had." The service was rushed, sloppy, and dismissive. Hygiene? Clearly not a priority here. I witnessed multiple practices that made me uncomfortable and even question safety standards. JIREH BEAUTY STUDIO AND SPA is in serious need of accountability and retraining. Not recommended at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your salon as a new customer. I came in for a root touch-up to cover my grays, a haircut, and a blow-dry. As a first-time client, I expected a thorough service, including a check of the dye application before proceeding with the haircut. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Neither the owner, who also cut my hair, nor the stylist who performed the blow-dry, noticed that my gray hairs were not adequately covered.
