We started off pleased with how Dean helped us plan out our new deck and install a kitchen window. When he called to let us know that they were ready to start, he asked me if I called for the building permit. I was never informed that I had to do that myself. They started without the permit and continued on. One of his crews was very nice and respectful. Always asking questions as they were working to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. We had Jirak Construction replace our patio wall and touch up some flower gardens. I am extremely pleased with the results and their entire work. They were very careful about being sure to clean up and not damage our lawn any more than necessary. They were very aware of doing what we wanted and all the workers were very polite and good workers. Overall, my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Dean and crew.
