Been a regular for years. Food’s great, service’s always been great until tonight. Waited an hour for my order. Turns out the ticket never printed to the kitchen, and nobody noticed until I asked. An hour. That’s not chaos, that’s nobody paying attention. Train your staff to check on orders before customers have to chase them down. First bad experience here, and I hope it’s the last
I love going here for dinner! I got the Tonkatsu black ramen and it was delicious and filling. Service/kitchen is always fast
Hands down the best service and shrimp tempura! 🙌 in the town Howard was amazing so kind, professional, and welcoming. He truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Jinya never disappoints!! We’ll always recommend this place to anyone visiting SLC. Their takoyaki takes us straight to heaven every time lol
Supper delicious! Love a garlic ramen and JINYA was spot on! Our server Matt was so helpful at choosing the right ramen for our mood and gave to notch service throughout our dinner!
